      Alligator Strap

      This is my second review of the Vaer alligator strap. I liked the first strap so well that I ordered a second to convert to a deployant clasp. The strap is well made and attractive, and transforms my A12 "Dirty Dozen" into a dress watch. After you wear it a few times, the strap conforms to the shape of your wrist and becomes very comfortable. FYI, I recommend Bikmore Exotic leather conditioner to soften and preserve the strap.

      Beautiful Strap really dresses up the Dirty Dozen

      The alligator strap is very cool looking and appears to be very well made. My daily strap is the black quick-release nylon, but the alligator dresses the watch up nicely for those times I want to dress a bit sharper.

      Good-looking strap

      This is a well-made and good-looking strap. It was fairly stiff when it arrived, so I applied some beeswax lotion and flexed it back and forth to soften it. It is still somewhat stiff but not uncomfortable. The strap complements my A12 (36mm) nicely and gives the watch a completely different look from the steel bracelet that I normally wear with the A12.
