At Vaer, we specialize in crafting custom watches for select clients. We have done custom pieces for retail partners, private enterprises, and elite military units, amongst many others.

What to Expect

Please note that we do not offer custom watch cases or bracelets. Standard customization projects are restricted to the dial and caseback. Projects are subject to approval and we reserve the right to refuse certain designs.

General Customization Process

  1. Reach Out: Fill out the Contact Us form below, and include notes on any specific watch models or design elements you envision.
  2. Collaborate: Our team will contact you to discuss your project in detail.
  3. Design: We'll create initial renderings of your custom watch for your review.
  4. Confirmation: After reviewing the designs, we'll confirm them with our suppliers and receive initial production timelines.
  5. Production: Once the design is finalized and approved by all parties, we initiate the pre-order process and subsequently begin production.
