Returns / Exchanges

You have 30 days from receipt to return your goods in new/unused condition. All returns are manually reviewed before refunds are provided. If your watch or straps show any signs of wear, you will either be charged at 10% restocking fee or your return will be rejected (depending on extent of wear). Adjusted bracelets cannot be returned. If your return does not arrive to our warehouse, regardless of return label tracking status, your order will not be refunded - this is due to past return fraud. 

If you receive your watch and you’re not in love with it, you can send it back! Products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from receiving your product, as long as your product is in unused/unworn condition.   Returns over $2,000 will be charged a 10% restocking fee - if you need to make a return over $2,000, email team@vaerdesign.com. If you need to make a large order and would like an exemption from the restocking fee, please email us prior.

1. Visit our returns portal and start the process with your Order # and zip code. You can find your Order ID in the order confirmation email that you received when you ordered your watch.

2. Select the item or items that you are returning.

3. If the item is a new/unused item, when asked if the item is used, damaged, or defective, Choose "No". If the item is used, damaged, or defective, please refer to our Warranty Page

4. Choose the reason why you are returning. 

5. Choose whether you would like to return for store credit/refund or "Shop Now" for a different item.

6. Receive label (for domestic returns) - the cost of the $10 return label & processing will be deducted from your refund.  Pack watch (preferably in padded envelope). Place note in envelope stating "Return for refund. Item unused". International returns will be responsible for label & return shipment cost.

International returns please follow the labeling and shipping instructions in the return portal above. There is a $10 handling fee deducted from international returns for processing. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a reputable carrier with Insurance. Please email tracking to team@vaerdesign.com with order number in subject.

Returns are NOT processed based on return tracking status - all returns are manually reviewed and refunds processed after goods are received and confirmed in new condition. 

Exchanges: 

If you accidentally ordered the wrong item or would like to exchange your unused item for another you absolutely can! Item must be in unused/unworn condition.

Below are steps for exchange:

1. Visit our returns portal and start the process with your Order # and zip code. You can find your Order ID in the order confirmation email that you received when you ordered your watch.

2. Select the item or items that you are returning.

3. If the item is a new/unused item, when asked if the item is used, damaged, or defective, Choose "No". If the item is used, damaged, or defective, please refer to our Warranty Page

4. Choose the reason why you are exchanging. 

5. Choose "Shop Now" to select your exchange item. If the item is more expensive than your existing purchase, you will be charged the difference. 

6. Receive label (for domestic returns). Pack watch (preferably in padded envelope). Place note in envelope stating "Return for exchange. Item unused". International returns will be responsible for label & return shipment cost.
