Love the watch. The bracelet not so much
"I have the waffle band and the standard silicone band that came with my watch. Both snap in and out with ease. This quick release bracelet was the one I was looking most forward to because it dresses up the look of my watch nicely. However, getting this band on is a true test of one’s sanity. Customer service was helpful and sent me a replacement but after hundreds of attempts and enlisting the help of a friend who’s had the same experience, I surrender! One pin will click in nicely. But getting the pin on the other side to go in as well just will not work. It looks as if it’s gone in, only to pop back out. It’s the same issue on both ends of the bracelet. One pin is secure and the other will not pop into place no matter how delicately I “finesse” it."
Nice upgrade for the C5
"C5 tactical has been a great watch. Durable, accurate, and comfortable on the wrist. The solar quartz movement gives the best of both worlds: perpetual and accurate time keeping. The PVD steel bracelet was a very nice upgrade to the rubber tropic strap (which is also very nice). Easy to size without specialized tools, you just need a small tech screwdriver l. I used my Leatherman wave, took 5 mins. Bracelet is high quality and comfortable."

"This bracelet is too light weight for the G5 watch. The taper of the bracelet is too severe, bringing it down to about 15mm near the clasp. The quality seemed fine, but it isn't something I could use. I have now purchased a Nato type nylon band for the watch and am enjoying it very much. The watch itself is perfect!"

"Not great so far! Had to send the watch and 3 straps back and had to order a different watch to get what I thought I was buying a month or 2 ago. Holding my breath but not confident Vaer will get it right."
